My Re-Switch Story To Lumia 920

I recently collaborated with Nokia to make the switch to their latest innovation Lumia 920, the answer to all my blogging / networking needs. Don’t get me wrong, I am not stating this because I am collaborating with them. I am simply sharing how I truly feel. Some people may have other opinion (or should I say other mobile brand in mind), but in my perspective that is a matter of preference. With all honesty, I am laying out facts here that I have always been a Nokia user.

In the Philippines, we have Nokia as our leading mobile brand. They have provided us with both reliable and sturdy device that eventually grew along with us as our technology progresses. I remember friends (specifically my bff Raz, hi love!) having the model 5110 … oh dear, we are all going crazy over it, especially with the game snakes! Later on my Mama had a 3210 and I … don’t even start … I pretty much changed to all Nokia phone’s I could try on every 6 months to 1 year. Sounds impossible? No. The Philippines have mobile shop re-seller’s that accepts swapping. Meaning, you get to come in with your old device and they will give an estimate of how much they will offer. Then you add cash on top of that to get the new model you would wish to purchase! Awesome, don’t you agree? So yes, I had some time with the models 7110, 8210 … 3530! My first colored phone — hello addiction! I was inseparable from my phone ever since. Then the N-series, the E-series, etc … okay, this is getting lengthy. So, do you get the picture now? 😉 For reference …

Yes … those are mine and even my friends can vouch for my nokia-holism. Back to the topic, if you have noticed, my title says “Re-Switch” I guess by now you can already tell why. 🙂 My relationship with Nokia phone’s go way back.

For my collaboration with Nokia I met two awesome … I meant amazing guys namely Joe and Pierre. It’s like as if we’ve known each other for a long time. Had the chance to have dinner with Joe (as Pierre’s flight arrives at a later time) and breakfast with both of them at the Hilton Hotel’s restau diner. Out in Milano Centrale, even Joe was blown away with Milan’s beauty! Check out the photos he took using the Lumia 920 …

If the scenery captured in the photo above isn’t captivating … then I don’t know what is. Seriously speaking … it is way more than breath taking. To top that, it was all captured using Nokia Lumia 920. I guess I can add a little more … how about a mouth watering food-tography?

From my personal perspective and as a blogger, having the Lumia 920 is more than enough to compete with an SLR with its whopping 8.7 megapixel. After all, there are SLR’s in the market that is also at 8mpx. Yes, some may argue that it still is not an SLR but if you’re always on the go … packing lightly, on a confined space, and a little primadonna like me who can’t hold on to heavy items for a long period of time then obviously the Nokia Lumia 920 is the answer to my needs. I personally recommend this phone to all my friends, bloggers, people whose always on the go, or simply is social and love to keep in touch … and maybe take lots of phone-ography!
