Meme for Christmas
Hi everyone! Well… it’s almost Christmas Eve! I know not all of you celebrate this holiday, but I still want to extend my best wishes to y’all. Some people I know simply just don’t feel too festive but in my opinion, whatever we might be going through we still need time to appreciate and give thanks. I decided to dedicate this day to share a personal thought blog post instead of my regular product review, outfit post, diy, and so on. It doesn’t matter what religion we have, we all have something to be thankful and grateful for. I’m going to keep it real before any of you starts hating and bashing my blog entry if not the whole blog itself. Like I have said before I am not a sacred catholic, despite growing up with people who are. If you are a twitter follower or a close friend you would most likely be aware already of the entire crazy BS that I deal with from time to time. Actually scratch that as that is obviously an understatement, it’s actually in a regular basis and some of you may bring that up, ask me anon questions [which I will ignore again] so I just want to share that I am trying to just forgive and move past that. Okay, maybe I am being a little extra nice… okay I’m lying … I do wish for karma to take action but then, it’s just like wishing a person harm or bad which I don’t do. I am human, I make mistakes too, I make bad choices too… and since it’s Christmas time I just want to be happy and hopefully that person will be happy too and maybe someday realize that and get over this whole drama.
Danbo says Merry Christmas!
If you’re not familiar who Danbo is, it is Amazon.com mascot and had been trending to online shoppers. Someday I hope to have one but that will have to wait as my wishlist / to-buy list is still quite long. Also I have been seeing a lot of the meme’s trending all over tumblr for a while now and thought maybe it is time that I start using those too to express how I feel. 🙂
Celebrate with Me!
I have been wondering why there’s no snow yet… I am not a big fan of cold weather, and I doubt I ever will be but the snowing part will always be my fave. It feels like I’m in a winter wonderland and that everything is just perfect. It’s like I’m in paradise. 😛
Weather is not Cooperating
Then I also thought about Santa… I know there really isn’t any Santa who would bust down the chimney, windows or creep up a living room just to leave gifts… but I still believe in his magical presence. That somehow there might be a real Santa Clause out there who can hear us and maybe he grants us wishes in a different way. Okay fine now I’m talking crazy.
Uh-oh!
How any of you found out Santa is not real? I figured it out when I was about 7 or 8… How? I got a gift from Santa and a gift from my Mama and they both have the same penmanship. :)) LOLOLOL… YUP! Oh well… I appreciate the thought that my Mama tried her very best to keep Santa’s spirit in my life.

PS: I know this is quite a long post already. If you have gotten this far, I only ask for one thing [I know you’re rolling your eyes already! -_-“ ] try to pray for the people in the Philippines who had suffered from Typhoon Sendong. It would be highly appreciated if you can even make a donation but if you can’t a prayer would do. A MINUTE OF YOUR TIME WOULD NOT HURT OR KILL YOU SO PRAY FOR THEM! It doesn’t matter if you’re religious or not, or in a different or no religion at all. Those people have been looking forward to celebrate Christmas with their family, and even without money they still hoped and looked forward to it, but now instead of celebrating they have to mourn and bury their love ones.

Merry Christmas sis <3 ... Me too I figured out that Santa is not real when I caught my mom putting the gifts under the Christmas tree when I was 5 or 6 i think haha...

I’m not Catholic too sis. Though i am on paper I’m not when it comes to practice. I attend fellowship but I don’t attend the Church. I am an atheist who believes in God but not in religion 🙂
Nevertheless, I would like to enjoy this wonderful holiday!

Reading your thoughts about Christmas feels good. People really have different thoughts, but whatever — we need to respect it. My family isn’t festive too when it comes to this season because my dad isn’t a catholic. Hoho!
