Update
Good Vibes and Bad Vibes
Today I won’t be sharing anything regarding beauty, makeup, reviews, ensembles or tips. Just a simple note keeping y’all posted with the latest in my life… Life is like a roller coaster ride, we reach bumps, rocky road, swirls and turn only for it to repeat all over again. There are those negative days when it feels like it is never going to end. Like as if it is close to impossible finding that light at the end of the tunnel… but its there. Of course it is.
My method of separating myself from the Bad Vibes is cutting off my hair. However big or heavy the burden is would also mean how much I would chop off and I have been doing this for as long as I can remember. Its been a few years already that I have been taking good care of my locks. Grew it long almost to my waist line only to end up about half of it gone in a matter of minutes. Yep. I just chopped off my hair again. Luckily this time it turned out alright compare to the last time I literally chopped it off out of negativity and anger. I do occasionally trim my hair and that doesn’t count when I say chopping my hair. The last time was in 2008 and I needed some help from a real hair stylist afterwards… it was that horrible. LOL.
Cutting off hair in ancient Asia (Japan, china, Korea & possibly some other Asian cultures) symbolizes being banished or rejected from their home. In the more modern age that is now, cutting long hair into a short cut means to forget the past, leaving the old and starting anew.
With all that being said, let me share how my hair turned out…
Before
After
So there you have it… I have a shorter hair now. Yup I chopped it all by myself. On the new snaps I have curled my hair using my new hair tool from Flat Iron Experts which I will be making a review / tutorial soon. 🙂
Watch Out for the Tutorial / Review
For now I am off to window shop and as well as check out some flash ring for my camera. Also, since spring is officially in full bloom I’m sure many of you will be shopping for new ensembles and for those of you who love to shop… its about time y’all get tons of savings with Coupon Codes. Every penny counts after all so get the best coupon code for your shopping tab as much as you can.
Anyway, what do you think of my new hair style? Yay or Nay? Also the color is a bit darker now since I have dyed it darker too. Then after some time I’ll re-bleach it again. It’s all a process. One at a time and eventually I’ll get to my goals. 😛
